
We use an e-conveyancing system provided by ConveyanceLink. This program assists us throughout the conveyance process in performing many of the tasks required.
As part of the use of the program our clients and their Estate Agents are able to review progress updates via a website relating to the property at any time of day, or even at the weekend. The progress log is personal to our client and their property transaction(s) and enables the Estate Agents and our clients to review file progress kept up-to-date by us on a regular basis.
The site includes a brief jargon buster to ensure that our clients are well informed about what goes on during the conveyance process.
The system also enables us to send progress updates direct to our clients' mobile telephone as key milestones are achieved. This ensures that as well as the advice given by us, our clients are always kept well informed and up-to-date on the work we have done for them.
In some cases, we will also use the program to electronically request official information, such as searches that will speed up the process.
Our clients can review their property progress at www.conveyancelink.com/homeowners by entering their Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) which is provided to our clients on their initial letter.
As part of the service we offer we provide Home Information Packs (HIPS). These are portable, which means that if any of our clients change estate agents whilst their property remains on the market, or decide to sell privately, the HIPS can be used again.
